1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using ReviewGate, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

ReviewGate provides a review funnel system that routes customer ratings to either a private feedback form or a public Google review page based on the rating given. The service is provided on an annual subscription basis.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ReviewGate to:

  • Fabricate, fake, or incentivize reviews in exchange for money or gifts
  • Harass, threaten, or contact customers without their consent
  • Violate any applicable law or platform policy (including Google's review policies)
  • Misrepresent your business or its services

4. Subscription & Payment

Plans are billed annually. Payments are non-refundable after 7 days of purchase unless the service fails to function as described. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. ReviewGate is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access due to your failure to protect your password.

6. Intellectual Property

All ReviewGate branding, code, and content are owned by ReviewGate. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute any part of the service without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

ReviewGate is not responsible for changes to Google's review platform, loss of reviews, or any indirect business impact. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of jurisdiction applicable to the registered business address of ReviewGate.
